With offices in the UK, Sweden, and Finland, we are set up to provide a truly European experience! Collaboration is King, so while you maybe based in one of our Nordic offices, we ensure we work closely to ensure a united IE!

Helsinki, Finland

Our Finnish office is based in the heart of Helsinki, yet it occupies a private corner surrounded by parks by the sea. Just around the corner, you can find department store Stockmann (650 m), delicious indoor market, the green haven of the Sinebrychoff park, renowned Cafe Ekberg, Southpark, and many other attractive stores and restaurants.

Our office in MK, has everything you need. A beautiful landscaped courtyard and garden is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee. Table tennis, our friendly WiFi cow, and every Friday lunchtime, a different food truck swings by to offer up the best in fresh, local food. Plus, there’s plenty of secure parking available and cycle storage. It is a great place to come to work every day.

Spring get togethers and our annual Christmas party is usually one we all look forward to. Regular breakfast mornings, where we merge our meetings into a social.

We all have a life outside of the office. We like to embrace flexible working, whether that’s in the office or at home.

I have now been working with IE for 2 years now and time has simply flown by. It feels just like yesterday when I first came to the office and started my onboarding with the Finnish team and I can honestly say that I have enjoyed my time here from day one.

At IE we have a company culture where you can really be yourself and lean on others when you are in need. We push and support each other in all areas and what has really made me feel at home, is that even though we take our work seriously we don´t take ourselves too seriously, which makes all the difference.

What my 8 years of recruiting and headhunting experience have taught me is that the most important thing a company/workplace can offer you is a place where you feel like you belong, and you are happy. This is what IE offers me!
